How can I get a job in a fast food place without giving out a bad image?
I started working at 18 as an English, Spanish, French and Japanese teacher. I love being a teacher, but ever since I was 18 I also used to wish I had a fun easy job like my friends. My friends would just go to work, hang out, joke around, and do as they were told.
I couldn’t go to work without the responsibility of preparing class, and I being responsible for the learning of other people.
I’m now 25, and I own my own language school. I hired all the teachers already. I’m the owner/principal, and I can pretty much set my own schedule.
The school is pretty much running itself right now. I’m 25, I’m not that old. I want to get a job at pizza place, a club, movie theater, at a mall; somewhere fun.
I don’t want to get to be old without having a fun job with little responsibility. The problem is many people know me now as the principal of a school. I don’t know if it’s a good idea to be seen in a teenager’s job.
Should I get a”fun” job?
Do you know how many people do not consider those jobs “fun” jobs??? LOL. Hell go for it! and so what? Maybe you’ll get it out of your system after a month of taking someone else’s crap and having to serve ungrateful people. Or maybe you’ll decide you like not having such a big responsibility of running a school. But you will never know until you try. This is America after all you have the right to the pursuit of happiness.
